MIPIM Asia Summit Programme

Discover Asia Pacific inbound and outbound investment flows, regional development opportunities and projects, and retail real estate trends through a world-class programme of conferences and events.

Initiating a new era

The Asia Pacific real estate markets have an opportunity to showcase their adaptability, strength and resilience.

The region has been the scene of trade, political and regional disputes.  Growth in 2020 is expected to ease considerably due to Covid-19. With uncertainty at the core of the pandemic, this is yet another crisis that exposes the fragility of the global market, making it essential to reflect and to adapt.

The Asia Pacific region will continue to contribute around 60% of global growth by 2030. The Asian Development Bank forecasts regional growth of 2.2% in 2020. Asian markets can rely on some positive attributes for a long-term positive outcome: high-income newly industrialised economies, low interest rates supporting investment, and the prospects of a rapidly growing middle class entering the global economy.

How do you outpace the uncertainty and the volatility of the economic growth cycle? What is the post Covid-19 paradigm? How is the real estate industry shifting?

Real estate decision makers from across Asia Pacific and beyond will join MIPIM ASIA to discuss the challenges, with resilience as a new mind-set for investment strategies – to initiate a new era.

People centricity, innovation, capital flows and investment portfolios are at the centre of the discussion within this economically diversified region.

MIPIM Asia 2020 is celebrating our 15th anniversary – as we accompany the Asian property markets toward this new era.
